Terms of service

Draft last updated October 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the LeaseDash software service. By creating an account or using LeaseDash you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your agency. [Company legal name].

The service

LeaseDash is a customer relationship management tool for car-lease brokerages. It helps you track leads, follow-ups, customers, dealers and deal money. It is not a lease calculator, a dealer, a lender or a financial, legal or tax adviser, and it does not make or guarantee any lease or finance deal.

Accounts and users

  • The person who signs up must be authorized to bind the agency.
  • Your agency is responsible for its users, for the roles and permissions it assigns, and for keeping sign-in methods secure.
  • Plans have a user limit. Adding users above the limit requires a higher plan.

Your data

Your agency owns the customer and deal data it puts into LeaseDash. You give us permission to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use it, including any required notices and consents.

Your legal responsibilities

Brokers are subject to laws that LeaseDash cannot comply with for you. These may include rules on licensing, advertising, consumer financial information, and contacting people by text or phone (such as consent requirements). You are responsible for how you use the service, including any messages you send to customers. [Attorney to review and refine.]

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, deceptive or abusive use, including unsolicited messages in violation of law.
  • No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, or to access data you are not permitted to see.
  • No reselling or sharing of accounts outside your agency.

Plans, trial and billing

LeaseDash is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Current plans are Solo ($199/month, 1 to 2 users), Team ($399/month, up to 5 users, texting and payment links) and Agency ($799/month, up to 15 users, multiple locations and priority support). Yearly billing gives you 2 months free compared with twelve monthly payments (Solo $1,999, Team $3,999, Agency $7,999 per year) and is paid up front for the year. Each plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Setup and data import are available. [Describe billing date, payment method, taxes, monthly-plan refunds and price-change notice.]

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, and your plan will not renew. Yearly plans are non-refundable: if you cancel a yearly plan partway through, no refund is given for the unused months, and you keep full access until the end of the year you paid for. Before cancelling, export the data you need. [State how long data stays available after cancellation.]

Our intellectual property

We own LeaseDash and its content, design and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription. Sample data, vehicle dimensions and artwork are provided for convenience and should be verified before you rely on them with a customer.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to carry out these terms.

Disclaimers

LeaseDash is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that calculations and reminders will always be correct. Check deal numbers and lease dates yourself before relying on them. [Attorney to review warranty language.]

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the [3 or 12] months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. [Attorney to review.]

Termination

We may suspend or end access for non-payment, serious misuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [State], and disputes will be handled in [venue]. [Attorney to confirm.]
