Privacy policy
Draft last updated October 20, 2026
This policy explains what LeaseDash ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or use the LeaseDash CRM, how we use it, and the choices you have. LeaseDash is software for car-lease brokerages. [Company legal name and address].
Two kinds of information
Information about you and your agency. When you request a demo or sign up, we collect your name, agency name, email, phone number, number of users and anything you write to us. We are the business that decides how this information is used.
Your customers' information. Your agency puts customer details into LeaseDash: names, contact details, vehicles and lease dates, deal amounts, and sometimes credit-application or other sensitive details. For this information your agency is in control of what is collected and why, and we process it on your behalf to provide the service.
What we collect
- Demo and contact requests: the details you type into the form on this site.
- Account details: users' names, work emails, roles, and sign-in settings such as which two-step method is turned on.
- Customer and deal records that your agency enters, imports or receives through its questionnaire link or connected Instagram account.
- Security and audit records: sign-in times, device and browser type, and actions such as exports or permission changes.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and page requests.
This marketing website does not use advertising or analytics tracking scripts. [Confirm before launch if this changes.] It loads the Inter and Exo 2 fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch the font file.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and to run, secure and support the service.
- To send service messages such as sign-in codes, alerts and billing notices.
- To detect and prevent misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
- To improve the product, using the least personal data that will do the job.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customers' information to market to them.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run LeaseDash, such as hosting, email and text delivery, and payment processing, and only as needed for those services. [List providers or link to a current list.] We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our rights. If we are involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer as part of it, with notice to you.
How long we keep it
Agencies can set how long customer data is kept, and records older than that period are deleted on schedule. After an account is closed we delete or return agency data within [number] days, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or security reasons. [Confirm retention periods for backups and logs.]
Security
LeaseDash includes protections such as two-step sign-in, role and group permissions, masking of sensitive details until they are revealed, an audit log and automatic screen lock. No online service can promise perfect security. See our Security page for details.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. If you are a customer of one of our agencies and want to see or delete your information, please contact that agency directly, since it controls that data; we will help it respond. [Add the process and a contact address.]
Children
LeaseDash is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

We will post updates here and change the date above. For material changes we will also notify account owners.
